Located in the heart of Downtown Manhattan, this 12-story commercial building is currently undergoing a comprehensive transformation into a luxury residential enclave. Deeply rooted in the district’s commercial history, the ground floor was once home to diamond merchants and precision watchmakers—a legacy of craftsmanship that influences the new design intervention.

The adaptive reuse project reimagines the existing commercial floor plates into expansive residential units, culminating in a spectacular multi-level triplex penthouse on the upper floors. The design language honors the building's industrial bones while introducing a layer of warm, sophisticated modernism.

As seen in the concept renderings, the interiors prioritize a 'quiet luxury' aesthetic. The palette features rich walnut wood tones, matte black architectural hardware, and soft, tactile textiles that contrast against the city's frantic energy outside. The kitchens and living areas are designed as integrated social hubs, featuring custom millwork and integrated lighting that echoes the precision of the building's horological past.

Currently under construction, this conversion represents a shift in Downtown Manhattan’s urban fabric, reclaiming workspace for living space. Completion is anticipated in 2026.
